Very satisfied with sound quality. Can cut through the mix for band practice. Lightweight and compact. Use with some quality passive speakers and you'll be surprised, like I was. Will do small venues of 150-200 people. My drummer likes how good it sounds when he plugs in his powered stage monitor next to him. He's picking one up for his kit, he always complained his 8 CH was overkill, just needed 5 CH. I've always respected Peavey for durability and affordability. Glad I pulled the trigger on this one.
Peavey PVi 6500 6-Channel 400W Powered PA Head with Bluetooth and FX
.I tried using it right out of the box and was dissapointed. My guitar sounded weird on it and vocals were very dry. I was hoping it was just the eq settings... I was right. They are very sensitive and you have to make sure you take your time and adjust all the levels to get to a good sound. Once I did this (like an hour later) it sounded great. I really like it and ready to do some gigs with it. Just take your time with all the settings and you have a great mixer
Peavey PVi 6500 6-Channel 400W Powered PA Head with Bluetooth and FX
.Bought it because of the Peavey name, and because it has the 9 eq bands instead of the 5 that most have. Peavey did not disappoint. Only had trouble figuring out the mp3 section. A Quick call to peavey, and within 10 minutes we were rock n rolling. Good little unit to use for practice. A little dis appointed in the power. Rated at 400 w, but started to clip fairly early. For the money, I would consider a "best" in class compared to other name brands.
Peavey PVi 6500 6-Channel 400W Powered PA Head with Bluetooth and FX

.I use the Bluetooth feature , the acoustic channel 5 , it does what I need , I do solo guitar gigs and use the pa to play my background music . the mp3 is great too! Could use more umpf , don't feel its a strong 400 watts!
Peavey PVi 6500 6-Channel 400W Powered PA Head with Bluetooth and FX
.No problems at all, just under powered for all my needs.
