Make no mistake, this is a full American made instrument and there is a big difference when it comes to every single performing detail when you grab an American made Fender vs imports. I do have very good Fender imports that I use for recording and performing yet none get even close to this incredible guitar. The only guitar that I would put above this one, from my collection, is my Music Man Steve Morse Y2D which costs twice as much. I decided to go the American special because I really like the feel over the American Standard. I prefer the Texas Special pups and the classic tremolo as well. If you are looking for American made quality instrument look no further, This guitar is probably the best value out there. Expect a top level instrument, you won't be disappointed.

.I haven't been able to put this guitar down since I got it a few weeks ago, keep in mind I do own other Fender and Gibson guitars too. My only issue is that this configuration comes in limited colors. I love the tone quality and that "70's Throwback Large Headstock". The price is not bad for an American Guitar, especially with the 20% discount I got! So if you're looking to step up your "STRAT" game look no further than this axe.

.Couldn't believe how near perfect the set up was and the intonation was already set. Put a hair bit of relief in the neck and lowered the saddles and had it exactly where I wanted it!!
