This product is absolutely fantastic. It works perfectly! It says that you should use 2-3 squirts for each cymbal, but I use 6-8 squirts. If one coat doesn't do it, try another with more elbow grease. Remember: this stuff is not all that expensive; expessially for the quality. The Intensive Cleaner is a bit tracky to use but WELL worth it. I have had my ZBT Crash Ride for about seven years and I used Intensive Cleaning and Polish and Cleaner and it looks brand new (except for the dents in the side). Same with my seven year old Hi-Hats and splash cymbals.This product is really cheap and so worth the money and easy to use. I have the Zildjian polish stuff, and I perfer this WAY more. This might be because I am not confident in how to use the other stuff... but that just shows you how easy a novice cymbal cleaner can do this.
