If all you want is a solid case to protect an F-style in comfort, this is a good one, but its not cracked up for gigging musicians. The interior is a metallic sea-foam greenish. I was used to EE-Epiphone-e cases being red on the inside, but its not bad looking. The biggest issue is simply there is no storage space. the EXACT cutout of the F-style at first will be kinda awkward to get the mando to fit in (and im using the epi mm-50, the one this is designed for) until it wears in a bit. There is zero space around the headstock, unlike most rectangular instrument cases. that means no room for sheet music, books, straps, armrests, capos, nothing. there is on 4"x2.5" pocket inside, however dont go throwing your picks in there, its not a solid box and small items will get lost in the case's lining. It's pretty, the outside is solid and just gorgeous, so if all you want is a nice showy case for a showy mando, or you will only play around the house, this will fit the bill quite nicely, but if you're like me and need storage for extra picks, tuners, sheet music, books, extra strings, extra straps, whatever else you may carry, you're better off with something else.

.GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY
Epiphone ED50 Mandolin Case
.Appears to be a good case for the money. Fits my EE-Epiphone-e F style perfectly. Hardware seems okay, but time and wear will tell...probably wouldn't stand up to professional touring but otherwise fine for normal use.
