The Cordoba C7 plays like Butter Smooth. The Bottom is so full, the Mids are clear and it has a little bright-ness to it that the Cedar top C7 does not have. Plus the spruce mixed with the rosewood and mahogany looks perfect, where as th Cedar C7 looks realy orange !!
This guitar is perfect for Classical, Samba, Bosa Nova, Ragtime and even the Blues.
Oh and this does play and sound good.
WOW !! Gold & Black Tuners,Beautiful European Spruce Top the Rosewood back and sides(Laminate) is just Gorgeous!! Comes with SAVARES Strings (these and Tomastic are the best) the Rosewood fretboard is smooth and dark no ugly pores like some boards have. And the Gig bag that it comes with is top notch dark grey with black linning and a stitched Cordoba symbol!! I would have paid almost twice the price for what you get with this guitar.
What can i say.... No Glue, No Nicks in the finish, Set up was spot on out of the box, I realy have nothing negative to say... i am too happy looking at my Cordoba C7 i just recieved.
Looks sooooooo much better than the pictures... I can not stress how gorgeous this guitar is !!
Sounds as good as the C9 but looks better !! and cheaper !!
Best buy since i bought my Fender 62 Telecaster Reissue 1 year ago !!!
Cordoba C7 SP/IN Acoustic Nylon String Classical Guitar Natural
.You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful sounding or looking guitar in this price range. I hope that one day to live up to the potential of this instrument. Been playing a steel string flat top that I enjoy very much, but the sound of a classical guitar is so much more distinctively elegant. I have listened to higher priced classical guitars that did not sound any better than the C7. This is a great intermediate level guitar that compares favorably with much higher priced classical guitars.

.I bought this guitar because I wanted to play classical music and I would have to say that it is great, the finish is beautiful ,the sound is loud, separated and clear. Although, I took a star off because the action was a bit high so I had to take it to a professional for adjustment. Also, there was a little bit of finishing flaw, however, it is so minute to the point that it doesn't matter, and I'm just nit picking. Overall, a very nice guitar around that price range.
