Custom Guitars friend does not show the measurements at the Bouts. I f they had have done this, I would have chosen a different brand. The Florentine Guitar of Washburn's ( EA20 ) that this case was supposed to fit is smaller by an inch across the lower bout and an inch across the upper bout. There is plenty of room in there for the guitar, a sack lunch, and my cat.
It would be best to state the measurements of the inside of the case and leave off some of the gingerbread sales talk in the add.

.I bought a Washburn EA-20 acoustic/electric guitar back in October of 2015 and some accessories and a case to fit the guitar I purchased. I have been playing for 40+ years and I prefer to get a brand matching/fitting case when possible. Long story short, the guitar arrived on time, but the case was back ordered from Washburn.
As to the case quality, the first notable factor was weight. I own a Martin and it has a poly, SKB style case. Nice. The Washburn case was of a heavier design similar to old Gibson, or current MF acoustic cases. After a fit check with my EA-20, like one other review, the first try was too snug, so I readjusted the strap slightly and the guitar went right in without a hitch and it fit like a hand in a glove. Nice.
The case's exterior is Tolexed in a brown shade with antique brass toned metal case locks. It has 5 (count 'em - 5) locks laid out in like manner to a LP case with one on the hinge side, the other 4 opposite the two hinges. When you close the case, it is a tad too snug for the EA-20. You have to work with the lid to get it to secure properly, but once locked up, it's solid and looks sharp. It also has reinforced edges along the lid and bottom of the case - a nice touch for strengthening.
The case arrived with some greyish dirt in places on the bottom of the outside of the case, but some Windex and towels removed it without any ill effects. The stress joints along the neck area where the pocket is are held together with screws that showed evidence of over tightening thereby partially stripping the screws and leaving sharp edges on those screws. I may end up filing down those edges. Not good.
Overall, i would have given this a 4 or 5 star rating, but with a 4 month wait for Washburn to deliver the goods, the dirt, and the bad screws I cannot justify such a rating. If it had not been for these issues, I would have easily given it a 5. Washburn guitars do indeed deserve Washburn cases, but only if the case is in good shape and in stock.

.This case is a perfect fit for the Washburn EA 20 guitar. I was a little tight at first not a big deal, but after setting in the case it now fits perfect. The case is very will made and should protect the guitar without any problem.

.This case was advertized specifically to FIT the guitar, model called FLORENTINE, WHICH
HAS A LOWER BOUT OF 15" AND AN UPPER BOUT OF 11" . The case is way to big for My FLORENTINE guitar. I tried to order the right case from several different companies since May of this year only to face backorder situations. Your company then stocked what was advertized as the correct case but it lools like the Washburn company fell down on the information furnished. My loss , your gain. You need to get with Washburn and straighten them out on the mislabeling.
