I love the width. The strap is worked to a beautiful softness, and the suede makes it look like it's worth a lot more than what I payed for.
This strap is well stitched, soft, supple, nicely broken in, as well as exhibiting a simple beauty. The 2 1/2 in. width does my shoulder good by spreading the weight of the guitar out across my shoulder. I love how they tooled the, Fender trade mark, spaghetti -F- into the bottom front of the strap. For the money, this is a damn nice strap period.
Quality tooling.
I'd give it a 10.
