I was very pleasantly surprised by these strings. They stay in tune very well, they have great tone, but most of all, they are surprisingly flexible. They immediately made me a better guitar player, and I've been playing for pleasure for 48 years! I'm glad I bought five sets, but I wonder if I'll need them all. The first set is holding up beautifully. I'm very glad I took a chance on a different set of strings.

.Love these strings. I've used them before. My gripe is with customer service and shipping. Had to make 2 phone calls to customer service (I had two separate orders). The first call was in regards to the shipping delay and the customer service rep was very unprofessional and could not give me any more information than what I could already see online. He seemed confused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and received no response to this request. He just sat there. Then finally told me that one of my packages had been delivered. I gave up at that point and just hung up. I did receive that package. My other package didn't arrive for 3 more days and was for a 5-pack of these strings, only 4 were received. Another call to customer service. Geez. I will not order from Custom Guitar's Friend again. Sticking with Sweetwater.

.These are high quality strings with great tone. May not be as bright as some other Martin strings but they still sound great. The flexible core makes them easy to play. You can't go wrong with Martin strings.
