.There are a lot of strings out there and I have tried, not all of them but most and I've gotta tell ya, these are by far the best I have ever tried. After I installed them and tuning my guitar, I went to playing my guitar and brother I must say I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Total awesomeness! You gotta try some.

.I've tried many string gauges and brands. For me the 10 gauge Martin Lifespan is best. I play fingerstyle so I opted for the 10 gauge which is very comfortable to play. The 12s have a slightly better tone but the 10s suit my style better. I put the 12s on an old Fender acoustic and it came alive. I recommend them highly.
