This H&S JD Hanke & Sons, OM-RP model, May 2004, was made in
collaboration with Stevens Guitars in Munich. This OM model is built to
the Martin OM-45 specifications and has a bear claw spruce top and
gorgeous, hand selected, book matched Brazilian rosewood for the back
and sides. The guitar is hand crafted and 100% original. Two back strips
and all over abalone binding in mostly greenish tone, the abalone runs
around the whole guitar, front and back and sides between split
herringbone. The guitar comes with a Martin case. The instrument has 14
frets and a low action, easy to play for fingerstyle guitar, the guitar
has a great sound with great sustain and a great volume for an OM model.
It's in stellar condition all around - no major blemishes, scratches,
or dings to be found. There's only a couple of small dings on the top
and a couple of surface scratches, mostly on the back.
