These Chrome Knobs are very inexpensive for their type. when I got them I was very pleased with the way they performed when I needed change in tone or volume

.I like the look and the weight of the knobs, but I've having ahell of a time trying to get the screws tight enough to keep the knobs on. it might be user error, but I've tried both having the screws run through the gap in the stem and also having it just use pressure on the outside, and besides those two options, I don't know what else I can do.

.The "Flat Top" 1960's/1970's flat top Tele knobs are perfect.

.The tone knob that came on the Bass stripped out. The new ones are great.

shipping took longer than expected, but the knobs are exactly what I ordered.

.These knobs fit my MIM Standard Tele perfectly. Really well built and heavy with a deep chrome coating. Set screws come with knobs. I only needed one, and it matched my original perfectly.

.I built a partscaster Tele with an old Warmouth rosewood neck and a new swamp ash sunburst body but didn't know the Chinese pots and knobs were for split knurled shafts, and traditional American Teles need knobs with set screws for solid shaft pots. These were the only chrome knobs listed online by MF that I could clearly see had set screws and they seem to work just fine. I would have preferred a more dome shaped top like on my Stingray bass, but these are easier to grab than those and function usually trumps form.
