Returns and Damaged Item Policy : All items are inspected prior to shipping via insured UPS with a 3 day inspection period from the delivery date in which you must contact us with the intent to return an item in that you are not happy with for a refund or to report any damage that occurred during shipping and for a replacement item to be sent. All undamaged items that are returned for a refund must be post marked within 24 hours of notification of intent to return and sent via insured delivery and postage paid by the sender. We will not accept items that are damaged during return. Items that have had damage occur during shipping to you will be picked up at your location via insured return delivery. And a new item will be sent. All notification of items over the 3 day limit will be bound to the warranty listed below only. 100% refunds apply on all returned items with no restock fee should all of the terms listed here be met and minus the original cost of shipping.
Scratch and Dent Items All scratch and dent items, sold as is with no returns. There will be a three day limit to contact The Top Guitars Company to report any damage during shipping for replacement only.

Your new string instrument from The Top Guitars is warranted for a period from 30 days to 1 year from purchase date on the following only: Manufactures defects in materials and / or workmanship of the body, neck and fittings. Please note that items such as : Bows, strings, bridges, cases, and other accessories may be covered and if so, listed above. These items have been inspected and found in excellent condition prior to your purchase and shipping. If found to be defective or damaged during shipping, please report to Store4strings within 3 days after delivery for repair or replacement. All string and bridge clearances will be checked, gauged, strung, tuned and set according to common standards then de tuned prior to packing and or shipping due to temperature and humidity changes while in transit. These instruments will need tuning by one qualified to do so. You may also need personalized string or bridge adjustments to fit your own style of play, not covered by store4strings. We are not responsible for any string changes recommended by teachers/instructors.Buyer is responsible for correct instrument maintenance, proper service and care of each instrument. This is not the responsibility of store4strings. Warranty will be voided should we find the instrument to be altered, neglected, abused or repaired by those other than The Top Guitars. Tuning and/or adjustments or repairs made by those other than The Top Guitars are not covered. We will repair or replace under warranty items only as needed and found to be covered under waranty by Store4strings. Should the instrument be brought in to our shop or returned Via post, only the cost of non covered items will apply. For special ordered items, nomally not in stock, they will be subject to terms listed above with refunds not applicable. All sales on special order items are final. Only warranty listed herein applies. All returned items or items for repair or replacement must be sent or brought to Store4strings. All return shipping charges shall be paid for by the sender and is not covered by Store4strings as well as the replacement item return shipping charges incurred by store4strings. We will replace or refund only for defects in materials or workmanship, not on the basis of strings, bridges or other personal preferences. Your sales invoice must accompany all claims. By placing an order by phone, fax, Email or in person you acknowledge all terms and conditions listed herein and as found on your invoice included with your order, covering returns and warranties.
