I'm a professional singer in 3 different bands and I needed a decent monitor for rehearsals. This monitor does the job...well. I use a Mackie 600watt stereo P A and have had no problems at all. If you've never had floor monitors at your jamspot, believe me, they are well worth every penny. I've been lugging this thing back and forth between different rehearsals for months now and I have no complaints. You could spend way more on a monitor obviously, but why?? The bands I belong to play LOUD, and this monitor really cuts through the noise. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants reliability paired with affordability. Rock on!

Peavey PV 15M 15" Floor Monitor
.We have used these monitors for 2 rehearsals and they have worked well. A little mid-rangy as stated in one of the other reviews but easy enough to fix with board EQ. If I ever need to add more monitors on stage, I will purchase more..
The real test is coming as we start playing again this week. We will see how they hold up to the road.
This is a straight forward monitor. Very easy to set up.
These are the first "newer" Peavey products that I have purchased in a very long while, mainly due to the fact that the stuff I purchased in the 80s are just now starting to wear out.
Peavey has been known for better prices than most.
Peavey PV 15M 15" Floor Monitor
.Dont get me wrong people this floor monitor are good sounding buddies, but they come with a cheap tweeter that blows out very easy, i had to replace 3 of of the 4 i own, and they are expensive to re buy! Other than that the quality is good, sound is good, but mark these words, you'll need to spend extra money on the long run to replace the compression drivers!
Peavey PV 15M 15" Floor Monitor
.We run these wedges when we play live and use 2 when we practice. Clear sound, solid construction, well put together. I am ordering 2 more to complete our stage package. This is why Peavey has a good name.
Peavey PV 15M 15" Floor Monitor
.Ordered Wednesday, used it for the Friday night show. Placed centerstage between the two 12" Peaveys. Really lets the singers hear what they are doing even with the too loud players blasting away. Clear as a bell sound.

.just what we needed for our vocals
Peavey PV 15M 15" Floor Monitor
.Well i've had these for few months and ran vocals threw them mostly until we started playing direct and they have been really great, at first i thought they would be adequate but if you know what you're doing, you can get great sounds out of these so long as you're not pushing them too hard, at that point you should invest in in-ears anyway, but for the price i would definately pick peavey again!

.So at 90% of all the schools and churches that Ive gigged at, there have been these monitors or the slightly older version of these. Ive gotten so used to them that i am adding a set to my settup. They handle crazy sound, but remain clear without being tinny. They can bring out the vocals perfectly. They tend to have a little bit more mid than the JBLs Ive used, but a simple three band eq fixes that easy. These are awesome. My drummer uses a couple. They are very durable, and with even a small amount of care can last years on the road.
