The LX1E is an acoustic-electric model constructed of a solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides, and finished of with a warm satin finish. It’s ideal for travel, student practice or for just playing around the house or campfire. And if you want to take things to another level volume wise, the LX1E comes with the well-regarded Fishman Isys T preamp system which offers you a volume, tone shaping and phase control with low-profile knobs.

Ill start this off saying I play electric, acoustic, bass, drums so different scales don't bother me. For easy strumming and "campfire" songs I love this guitar. Its size is awesome on stage, plays very well, and sounds larger then it is. It is becoming my favorite guitar and definitely my favorite acoustic (I have a full size fender, and taylor sitting in the corner.) Pickups are okay, wish was more tone options but I knew that going in. All and all I love it.
