I've used GHS Boomers for years, but the EH strings are awesome!!! Brighter sounding than the Boomers, and they last a little longer too. They cost a little more, but I think it's worth it.

.i've used and loved electro-harmonix pedals for the longest time. i was looking for a new kind of strings. i've used d'addarios, ernie balls, gibsons, fenders, ghs, you name it. i found these strings when they came out (not too long ago), and knew i had to try them. i've never been happier with a pair of strings. these have great sound, great life, and they're very smooth. i would reccomend this these to anybody!

.I have always been a fan of electro harmonix so naturally the next step was to try their strings. I did expect a lot given my dealings with them in the past and they more than met my very expectations. They are amazing. They seem a lot lighter than what I am used too and they took a little longer to get them to stay in tune when I first put them on but once they settled in my god they blew me away. They are fuller and brighter than anything i have ever had. I used to use d'addario for electrics but they have nothing on these strings. Go try them.

.Got these just sampling a few string sets and stuck them on my 2005 Tele Deluxe, they have a fairly decent tone & output compared to my Slinkies and seem to be good quality but my major complaint is the G B and E to me are under much more tension tuned at 440, kinda mixed feelings since some of my guitars are strung with 10's so for me these are 10 feeling 9's ! Strings are the easiest swap for tone chasers so just try a set, you just might like them

I have strung many different brands of strings on my Strat but the Electro Harmonix strings blow all the Competition away in every department!
I will never change back to any others I have tried! These strings put a brand new perspective on quality and I just finished insisting that our local music store stock these strings which they are now going to do.
