The C5-CET includes the same features as the C5-CE but in a sleek thinline body size. A great guitar for the crossover player looking for a warmer nylon sound, it features a solid Canadian cedar top and mahogany back and sides with a jet black finish. The construction is based upon the traditional Spanish classical guitar with the exception of a soft cutaway and a slightly thinner neck. The Fishman Isys+ 2-band pickup system produces a rich and natural sound when amplified - perfect for gigging and recording.
Choose black or natural.

Cons: This guitar came needing a set up. The action is good up until about the 8th fret and then its very high.(I adjusted truss rod) I'm thinking the bridge will need to be shaved down and replaced. The finish on the fretboard is a bit rough and effects bending to me. The tuners feel cheap and are all over the place.
Pros: This guitar is very light and playable. Im loving the thin body. The amount of bass and sustain even unplugged was very pleasantly suprising. I thought with the thin body there would be zero balls but unplugged it actually sounds pretty dang good. Plugged in is good as well. The finish on the guitar is nice( got the natural). With a good pro set up this is a decent classical for the money.

.A chimpanzee could build a better guitar, bad fretting, bad action, poor build quality

.I received it as a wedding gift from my wife after we got back from our honeymoon and this guitar came perfect out of the box. It really surprised me with how big of a sound it has despite the thin body design. The guitar is light as a feather and the natural finish is beautiful. The guitar also sounds great plugged in as I have used it in worship services and really haven't had to EQ it too much. I have received several compliments on it and for the price you get a quality guitar that will last you a lifetime. The only downside is the onboard tuner is not the most sensitive but it can do the trick in a pinch. I still prefer to use my snark tuner though. Overall great guitar for any classical guitar enthusiasts.
