Story -
Bought this guitar as nonfunctioning because of a very large side crack in the rosewood. Didn't know if the neck was off, electranic were shot, etc. Glued it solidly, but did an ugly job of it (see pictures). Luckily it is on bottom and side of guitar. Binding is loose in a couple of places, but not real noticeable. That being said, once the crack was glued and stabilized the guitar played perfectly - really sounds excellent, indeed beautiful. Has low action and no buzz. Some wear on the lower frets but lots of years left before anything needs to be done. Put in a battery and the electronics worked perfectly as well. Should keep it but I just have too many guitars. So, a top-level sonically functioning Martin solid spruce and rosewood acoustic-electric guitar at a bargain-basement price. No case. Ships with cheap gig-bag but will be packed very carefully.
